Dear Flynax guys,
I have problem that Listing Categories counts all the listings even the 'dead' listings.
In other words I have Seller Account where listings live for 90 days.. this account has 4 listings in total.. after 90 days these listings have expired but it still counts 4 listings in Listing Categories as well as at Account Listings tab..
How to make it not count the non living listings?

You have to set cron job. For the time being. You have to update listing count in your admin panel
Do you mean CP--> Configurations--> Cron Jobs? there is no option to do that neither anywhere else.. could you please tell me in details. Please help

But you still need to set up cron job so it will automatically do the refresh for you and other email sending.
