Thank you guys for your help.

I am going to uninstall all plugins that I have issues with. It seems that when I update some plugins it crashes with other and make trouble in database.
Now, uninstall and installing all plugins with newest version.

I will report if there is anything new.

UPDATE!!!

Yes, everything works great now. After deleted earlier version and installed all newest, everything works well. The issue is during update. Because it seems that plugin updates doesn't works as they are using to be.
