Can someone please tell me which tpl to modify so I can add some text to the part of the image marked above. I would want to add something like "Mention sitename.net when you call".

In file: includes>>controllers>>account_type.inc.php

If you know php of course, but if you do not know php code you shouldn't touch this file because return back old code or fix your bugs will cost you extra.
