How i could make for location in the search
Country -> 1 country , 2 country , 3 country then City -> 1 city for country 1 , 2 city for country 2, ......

It's not clear what you mean

Could you describe in details your request ?

For example in registration or location pages member is choosing country in dropdown menu , then in another dropdown menu choosing cities for each country separate. When you choose US shows only Us States, then you choose Germany shows for example Berlin etc...
