Yes from 4.4 version we will support flatty templates usually but old templates we will adapt too in near future. But if you want to use it now we can implement old templates to new version for a small extra fee for you.

If I upgrade to version 4.4, I'll lose some information from my old template?

I have to activate the flatty template before upgrading 4.4?
