Limited Access Admin permissions it not working some funchtion

Limited Access Admin
can't manage the Multifield/Location Filter
I just added my admin and set the permissions to her can add, edit, and delete the Multifield/Location Filter and data entry
For a few days she worked on my website and edited and deleted the data entry but today she can't do that
I log in to my account to recheck and try to set her permissions to all of the checkboxes but she still can't manage the Multifield/Location Filter and data entry

I already checked many times I set all of the permissions to her account but it's not working
After that, I removed her account and created a new account again
But the problem is not solved

Now I get an error after I log in by Limited Access Admin to edit the Multifield/Location Filter of countries by data entry function
