Upgrade to featured for membership plans?

How can i make the 'Upgrade to featured' option available for membership plans?
I would like to offer a membership plan with no featured listings included, but giving the user the option to upgrade listings of his choice to featured,
just like it works for listing packages.

Any idea?

If you enable featured option in your membership plan (Listing options > Featured listings > Yes) it will be available on the add-listing form
