Old categories, Listings filter addon, PDF addon generate 404 errors

Hello. In google webmasters i see by each day more and more 404 errors.
right now, after i deleted some, i have
URL Errors

Soft 404
13 errors

Access denied
527 errors

Not found
900 errors

i have deleted so many and they still come back. the sitemap is generated ok, i have as a main category "/laptopuri-tablete.html" and crowlers do find the website categories wich i had in the begining - for instance"/laptopuri.html" in adition the the good one. from were they are crowled since all those categories are deleted by months by my website, and somehow, they are still comming back

Also, why the pdf addon generates errors?

What it says at the link above after google TCPDF ERROR:

For all who will be able to encounter this problem these are the possible solution.

One cause is that folders inside tcpdf has no permissions of write and read. make sure the folder for cache and images has 644 or 755 (recommended) permission. these permission is very important because there is a process when generating pdf it write something is the cache or read into images.

another cause is that tcpdf does not accept png file or with transparent images. my solution was to make the image into a jpeg and apply a white background for it. so avoid png with transparent.
