To ensure continuous support and timely help provided through the ticket system, chat and email you can purchase one of our support packages in advance.
Management
To avoid suspension of your hosted account after 1 month of free management period we recommend buying a package in advance that includes hosting, support and updates.
Hosting Services
We also offer you to host your Software on our servers as they are well tuned up for it with all required applications installed. We will transfer your site files at no extra cost.
Updates/Upgrades
All Flynax Customers are entitled to free lifetime updates and upgrades, regularly released by Flynax Company. Following updating instructions you will be able to update/upgrade your site. If you doubt your ability to do it yourself or you are afraid of loosing customizations made to your site then Flynax Team can do updating/upgrading for you for 47 USD. Importing customizations from the previous version to a new one shall be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Software Installation
Flynax Software features a user-friendly Installation Wizard that will guide you through the installation process. If you have difficulty installing the Software either in view of lack of skills or server issues Flynax Team will install the software for you at no cost. Every subsequent reinstallation of the Software by Flynax Team will cost you 25 USD.

Template Integration
Development of a unique template, either done by Flynax or purchased from a third party, is followed by its integration into the software. When integrating templates we always abide by the principles of cross browser compatibility and keeping close to an original design. We will be able to quote on integration after reviewing your template. Before purchasing a template from a vendor we recommend consulting Flynax Team to make sure it fits into the classifieds concept.

Template Development
A template is the face of your site. If you want your site to stand out from the rest of classifieds sites you can order a unique template from Flynax Company. Our designers know almost everything about classifieds to meet your demands and expectations, and make a really beautiful template. We are ready to work on your template until you are fully satisfied with it.

Customizations to Flynax
In case our Software does not meet some of your requirements or you want to adjust Flynax Software to a specific purpose you can order customizations from Flynax Company, an original developer of the Software. We are ready to make any customizations within the classifieds concept. Normally we charge 30 USD per hour for customizations to the Software and 40 USD per hour for customizations to App/Mobile Version.

Going over from X to Flynax
If you are not happy with a classifieds site you run or you have a back up of your MySQL database Flynax Team will help you import your data (ads, pictures, agents etc) into Flynax Software at no extra charge. Vast experience that our Team has in importing databases from other classifieds scripts allows us to do it in a professional and timely manner.
