Invoices

The ability to send invoices to your customers in crucial for modern day classifieds. The invoices help you better manage your business and tailor payments for some extra services individually for customers.

How it works

When a user requests a service that is not available on your website, for instance, posting a banner on your website, you may generate a custom invoice and send it to him. The user may pay the invoice via payment gateways available on your website.

Front End

The user gets a notification about a new invoice to his email address as well as when he signs in his account. When a user is logged in, he may view all invoices sent to him in "My Invoices" section of his profile. All of the invoices are neatly displayed as a grid showing the description, the amount payable, invoice id and the date it was generated on. Upon clicking on a "Checkout" button, the user navigates to the page where he may select the preferred payment provider out of the ones available on your website and proceed to paying the invoice.

Back End

The plugin adds a manager to the admin panel from where you may generate invoices. The plugin manager gives you overview of all the invoices you sent to your users. You may view their status (paid or unpaid), the date, id and other useful information.

If you have a lot of invoices, you may run a search and easily find the one you need by entering a username or invoice id or filter them by paid or unpaid status.

Adding an invoice via the plugin manager will take no more than a couple of minutes. All you need is a username, for whom the invoice will be generated, a subject for the invoice, amount and a short description. After creating the invoice, it will be sent out to a particular user.

If you have a PDF Plugin installed on your website, you may use it together with the invoice plugin and send invoices to customers in a PDF file with transaction details.
